Service Scope
Here TV Care provides repair services for LED and LCD TVs of all major brands. The diagnosis and repair are performed by certified technicians based on the issue reported and observed during inspection.

Service Charges
A minimum inspection charge will be applicable, even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair. Final charges will depend on the nature of the repair and parts required.

Warranty on Repairs
All repairs come with a limited warranty of up to 30 days, covering the same issue originally reported. Warranty does not apply to physical damage, water damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

Parts Replacement
In case of part replacement, only high-quality or original spare parts are used. Here TV Care is not responsible for delays due to unavailability of specific parts.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the TV is in a safe and accessible location for inspection and repair. Here TV Care is not liable for damage due to improper setup, electrical issues, or mishandling by the user.

Cancellation Policy
Service appointments must be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
